2,5 hrs EASY: how much A time?
« on: May 29, 2006, 07:02:22 am »
hi :)
I have just one question: as I'm trying to put my almost 5 week dd on 2,5 hrs EASY, how long should her A time be? I got a suggestion it's 40 minutes BUT I'm not sure if it's 40 min including the feed [I BF her, it takes us some 15~25 min usually] or after the E?

hope to get some advice :)

Her A time is from when she gets up from her nap, so it is including the feed.

thanks :)

it's good to know but... it's just SO difficult! as since yesterday I'm trying real hard to quit accidental parenting like rocking/carrying to sleep and switch to pat/shush, her naps are getting shorter and shorter [30 min at most, except for the time spent outdoor: she sleeps like an angel...] and she started crying a lot. oh, and eating every two hours...
EASY is not that easy, is it? ;)
