I have been buying a big tub of plain yogurt and freezing portions in baby food tubs (they are airtight). I can find no explanation for this, but some of the servings are creamy with a bit of whey liquid and some are more broken up with the whey all throughout. Honestly it looks curdled, but smells and tastes fine. Though, of course, plain yogurt is a bit sour tasting anyway. The stuff is out of the fridge for really only 10 minutes while I divide out the servings and then straight into the freezer. I defrost them in the fridge and they are in there for about 24 hours (I put tomorrow's in when I make today's). Does this happen to anyone else?
