My DD is 2 months younger than yours.
Your DD is not tired enough that is why she is having short naps.
My DD routine is like this
6.15am Wake
6.45am Bottle
8am Breakfast
9.45am Sleep for 1hr
10.45am I wake if she is not already awake, if I let her sleep any longer, that will ruin night sleeping
11.15am Bottle
12.15pm Solids
2pm-2.15pm Sleep for 1hr
3.30pm Bottle
5pm Solids
7pm Bedtime bottle
7.15pm Sleep for night
Basically she has 3hrs 30mins A time after wake up before 1st nap, another 3hrs 30mins A time before 2nd nap, and roughly 3hrs 45mins -4hrs before bed.
Also, the earlier they are put to bed for the 1st nap the earlier they wake in the mornings.
