i'm confused!!
before weaning dd would sleep 7-8ish and wake 7-8ish  ( i take her to bed routine 6ish) so eg

8am wake - breast feed

9.30am nap (between 45mins to 1.5 if i'm lucky)

10.15am awake

12am Breast

12.30 -1pm Nap (45 mins)

1.15/2pm awake

4pm breast
4.15  Nap 45 min
4.45/ 5pm awake

6pm bedtime routine, feed,

Sleep 7/8pm.

Nightfeed

But since weaning, she seems to be sleeping longer in morning, ie up to 8.30/45 am (she wakes up for night feed and also i do hear her wake up couple of times at night, so maybe she's not getting enough sleep at night) And her naps are all over the place, She still only manages to stay awake max 2 hours in between.  (WHY DO  4PM CATNAPS AFTERNOONS NEED TO BE DROPPED?)
i rarely since the beginning get her to sleep more than 45 mins, i sometimes try to rest my hands over her arms at 30mins to stop her jerking awake, sometimes it works, sometimes not.

I'd wake her at a consistent time (maybe varying within 15 minutes either side) every morning to establish a routine. For example, maybe wake her at 8am and then at 7 months you'll want to start dropping the catnap to get better night sleep. At her age, she should be able to stay awake at least 2.5 hours, if not closer to 3 (at least after good naps).

I'd try something like:

8am Wake
10:30-12 Nap
2:45-4:15 Nap
7:15 Bedtime

Try to extend awake time gradually - maybe 15 minutes every 3 days and keep the end of it low key so as not to make her overtired. if you can get longer A times you should be able to get longer naps. You might also want to jump over to the nightwakings board to get some tips on dropping that night feed.
