Hello there,
Personally, I think you are doing great, I wish my ds would have been doing that at 11 weeks
If you think that she is OK with these short naps, then great, don't fix what isn't broken. However, if you feel she does need those naps to be longer - if she's upset when she wakes, or gets overtired for bedtime (which is what might be happening if she's fighting at bedtime), then it might be worth trying to extend them.
Firstly (and you're not going to like me for this
, but I think she's sleeping in too late. She's getting all her sleep in the morning time, rather than it being balanced throughout the day, so she may be getting tired in the late afternoon. If you can bear it, it's a good idea to wake her up somewhere between 7.30-8am. This might result in a rough couple of days b/c she's cranky, but it's b/c she's not getting enough sleep in the afternoon, so she's catching up in the morning. If you can balance this out, then she should add this sleep time onto her afternoon naps.
You may also need to implement some nap extending strategies, so I'm going to direct you to our FAQs board at the top of the Naps forum. Not only does it have great info on extending naps, it also has some more general info that would be really useful to you, eg Teaching sleep to newborns, and some sleep interviews with Tracy. If you can manage to spend a bit of your time reading these, then it'll really pay dividends when you're next having to deal with lo when she can't sleep.
