Bedtime use to be at 8:30pm, but I changed the routine around, per your recommendation. It gives my hubby and I an extra hour to be together. Sweet!
On a side note, he woke up about 5 times last night but settled back to sleep 3/5. I did PU/PD 2 times. The only thing is... he actually woke at 5:30am and would not go back to sleep, so I did PU/PD until 6:00am, he then calmed down and played in his crib until 6:15am, and then I "pretended" that it was morning and we were now starting our day. So... if I don't count the night waking, he gets about 13 hours of sleep per day [7:30pm to 5:30am + 2 x 90 minute naps]
Cutting the second nap did not have much of an impact on his nightime sleep, it just made him a little grumpy in the evening.
