Does anybody know what the portion size/serving size is between baby cereal and veg/fruits/meat?

I give DS 2-3 tablespoons of baby cereal and 2 tablespoons (1 ice cube) of fruit or vegetable for breakfast and dinner (we haven't started meats yet).  Is this the appropriate portion size/serving size for a 7 month old?  Am I mixing the right amount of solids?  Depending if DS is hungry some days he will finish everything and some days he'll only eat 1 table spoon when he's not as hungry or not interested.

The amount you are giving sounds fine, at this age it is still just to get them use to it and their milk intake should still be the most important intake for them.

Thanks!
I was worried that I might have been overfeeding or underfeeding.
