I feel like I post here almost every day!!! Oh, the joys of being clueless...
Okay - my lo has always been an early riser, but never earlier than 530. Lately, he's sworn off naps, he will only take a morning nap, stopeed taking his afternoon nap - & won't go to sleep any earlier than 730pm...here's the schedule HE'S decided he's going to follow, not mine
445/5am - wake up
530/6 - bottle (6)
730 - breakfast (dairy, fruit, grain ... like rice cake with pb on it)
800 - nap (1 hr tops - in car, the only way i can get him to nap now)
930 - snack (apple/cheerios)
1100 - bottle (4-6)
1200 - lunch (veges, protein, dairy)
230 - snack (pb pretzels or blueberries, string cheese)
500 - dinner (veges, protein, grain - sometimes fruit if he's still hungry)
630 - bath
700 - bottle (
730 - bed

6am - wake & bottle (6)
730 - breakfast
830 - nap (2 hr)
1100 - bottle (6)
1200 -lunch
200 - 45/1 hr nap
300 - sippy w/ milk (although we are still working on transitioning this from a bottle...he's been only taking about 1 ounce from sippy)
330 - handful of cheerios or rice cake
530 - dinner
700 - bottle/bed
everything is screwy now, so any advice would be appreciated
