I have a 4 month old and I'm doing a 4 hour routine. I'm confused as to when and if!!! he sleeps 1.5hours, do I feed him at 3.5hours or hold him out until 4 if he is happy. If I hold him out does that not effect the rest of the day?

Hi
If you are doing 4hr easy, you feed every 4 hours, it is normal to have a period of A time prior to a feed.
I hope I have answered your question, I wasn't to sure if this is what you were meaning

Thank you, that does answer my question. From the routine I thought you feed as soon as you had the baby up.
