Cat napping in the morning?
« on: September 28, 2006, 13:48:07 pm »
Hi! My 3 month old has just moved into a 3 hour easy and we're having trouble with the morning naps. Here is his typical routine:

E 7:30am
A 8am
S 9am (to about 9:30)
A
E 10:30am
A 11am
S 12pm (to about 12:30)
A
E 1:30pm
A 2pm
S 2:30pm - 4:45pm

E 4:45pm
A 5pm
Bedtime wind down at 7pm with Bath
E 7:15pm
S 7:30pm
DF 10/10:30pm
Wakes crying around 2am (not hungry)
E 4:30/5am

Start all over at 7:30am

The problem is that I can't seem to figure out when to put him down in the morning for a more consolidated nap...he always seems grumpy when he wakes but won't go back down to sleep. Any ideas?

He sounds a bit overtired - maybe it would help to put him down at 8:45 in the morning instead of 9?
