World Breastfeeding Week
« on: September 28, 2006, 12:00:31 pm »
Next week is World Breastfeeding week (Oct 1-7)!  This Saturday, Sept 30, I know many cities are taking part in the Breastfeeding Challenge:

The Challenge
The goal is to have the greatest number of mothers breastfeeding their babies at the same time - at exactly 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, 30 September - throughout Canada and the United States.

I went last year (when I was still breastfeeding  :)) and it was great - go if you can!  I know Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal, at the least, have websites listing the locations for their challenges.
