Baby's falling asleep after feed

I'm looking for advice on how to incorporate activity time immediately after a feed.  My 8 week old tends to fall asleep right after she eats, then ends up waking up about an hour before the next feed.  I've just started the E.A.S.Y method with her.

I change my little ones diaper, that usually wakes him up and he starts smiling and gurgling, then remains awake until activity time. :)

That's exactly what I did too. I would also feed in a well lit area  ;)
