How do short naps affect A time???
« on: November 12, 2006, 16:22:14 pm »
Hi!  My 4 month ol takes 45 minute naps.  Period.  Nothing I do will get her to nap longer.  However, my question is how does that affect her E and A time??

For example, if she eats at 7AM, has A from 7:20 - 8:45, S from 8:45 - 9:30... I don't want to feed her again at 9:30, but if I keep her up until 10:30 before I feed her (trying to get her on 3.5 EASY), does that hour count towards her A time?  Or do I have to keep her up for ANOTHER 1.5 hours AFTER she eats??

I'm very confused...

Help!
