My EASY Routine

I was just wanting to get some feedback on my routine.  I was wondering if it was correct and things were in the right order and what not. 

E 7:30-8:00
A 8:00-8:45
S 8:45-9:45
Y

E 10:00-10:30
A 10:30-11:15
S 11:15-12:15
Y

E 12:30-1:00
A 1:00-1:45
S 1:45-2:45
Y

E 3:00-3:30
A 3:30-4:15
S 4:15-5:15
Y

E 5:30-6:00
A Bath

E 7:00-7:30
S 7:30-morning

DF 9:30 or 10:00

Is this the way it should be for a 12 week old?  I am trying to get it set more the way it should be.

Does your LO always sleep for only an hour at a time?  My kids have always slept longer than that, unless I'm putting my DD down for bed time that is GRR... but anyway If LO is sleeping through the night, I'd say not to mess with a good thing!

yes, that is all the time that we have.  sometimes I am lucky to get him to sleep an hour, but I am trying to work with that.  he is a great kid.  I am trying to put him to bed earlier.  I never have done cluster feeds or DF so I am testing this new schedual to see what happens.

not a pro here and surely Yaya will help you more BUT I think you're doing really good at 12 weeks. having a consistent routine. I assume you're BFing?
my dd wasn't napping longer than one hour at a time too. not until some 5 months. and we had a very very similar routine to yours.
now she can easily go for over 2hrs at a time
I think as long as he's sleeping good at night you shouldn't worry a bit

my dd is roughly same age and her naps go from 45 mins some days to  hrs others! our routine is very similar too so i think you are spot on, good to hear naps might lengthen with time!

How is he during the day? If he's happy and handling it well then stick with it. Especially if he's sleeping the night for you.  If he does seem out of sorts during the day you can pop over to the nap boards and see how to extend his naps for a bit!
