Since yesterday my son started napping only 45 minutes. Now there's a trick. He's usually a great sleeper, BUT he just got diagnosed with asthma and is on medication. He also has a cold. So I don't know if he's only napping for 45 mins because of the meds and the cold or because its his time to go longer than 2 hours. Should I stretch him anyway since he's basically at that time? This is our schedule:
8:00 a.m. awake (usually up chatting away a little, and then on/off for about an hour but I get him every morning at 8:00)
10-11 nap (I wake him at 11 to preserve nap with sister, sometimes I let him go until 11:30 if he's really tired and cranky).
1-4 nap (sometimes until 5:00 believe it or not)
5:30-6 nap (sometimes we skip if he sleeps until 5)
8:00 bedtime
