today went totally A.W.O.L in terms of naps, yesterday evening was similar, shes napping for 30 - 45 mins all the time now so by the time she's due a feed shes falling asleep, yesterday and today she fell asleep on the boob. this morning she didn't wake till 7.30, i allowed this because i wanted to try to make the first nap later so she fell asleep in the car at 9 and when i got home i left her in her car seat in her room and she slept for about 55 mins - her longest nap in ages. i took her to her room again at 11.30 and she was asleep by 11.50 and awake at 12.30. so now she had an hour to her next feed so of course she fell asleep on the boob. I put her down and she woke (thats where we are now) i don't know what to do as sometimes shes not tired after a short nap and othertimes she is, she's heading towards longer a times, will her short naps sort themselves out? i know having to go in the car isn't helping, this will be easier soon when she won't be need ing as many naps. should i just wait it out?
