I'd visit the 45 minute naps posts at the top, but W2S is a good method to try. Also, remember to look at your A time. One that is too long or too short can lead to short naps. Also, if they are tired from a short nap, the A time after the next feed should be shorter to allow for a longer nap (to make up for last one so that they can catch up). This is a fairly common problem as that is the length of the sleep cycle and they are may just be having trouble transitioning from one cycle to next. Also, careful to "rescue" them if it is only a mantra cry. Hope this helps. Keep reading posts for good ideas. The W2S is better explained in the FAQ's.
