Hallo,
I remember seeing a detailed description of wake-to sleep on the website once earler, but did not have the time to read it. I am not able to find it now. Can someone help me with the link? Can this be tried for a 7 week old? Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Hope this link works. I've just been reading it myself as DS' naps are getting progressively worse and I was wondering if wake to sleep might help. If the link doesn't work it's in the FAQ's in general sleep issues.

I think you can use it on young babies from what it says, but I'm sure someone will jump in and give you some more advice than I can.
Good luck.
