What age did your lo go from 3 to 2 naps ?

I have had my LO (5mths) on 2 naps for a while and she is doing ok but I still think she could (still) do with a 3rd nap (cat nap)

I think that being the 2nd child I am pushing her faster than I should so I would love some insight into what you do ?

i also changed DS to 2 naps at 5MO, we were on holiday with all my family, and he just didn't want to take the catnap, so i stopped trying, he did seem a bit overtired for a few days, but i just moved bedtime 30min earlier, and that was it.

Sophie was over 7 months before she dropped the catnap. I wouldn't rush to drop it if you think she still needs it just now

I agree with Kathryn my DD was 5.5months but she always hated the cat nap.

I voted 6 mo. although Colin started refusing the catnap at 5.5 months. He really wasn't quite ready yet, but as well all know there's no forcing them to sleep.  ::)
