Anyone else's LO always cry themself to sleep?

My DS is almost 13mos old and still cries every time we put him down to sleep, naps or bedtime.  Sometimes are worse than others, but it is very rare that he talks/plays himself to sleep.  Sometimes it is just a loud mantra cry, when I let him be, and sometimes it is more and I do wi/wo.

My DD had outgrown crying for sleep long before this age (she did have a paci for sleep whereas we had to take DS's away at 4 mos as it was a prop).

Just wondering if anyone else has a lo who cries all the time at sleep times at this age or beyond?

I'm sorry your post hadn't been looked at yet . Isabella only does that when she is very tired.

Thanks Layla!  I guess my DS is the only one 

I can post his routine, but he has always done this so I don't know if it would help.  I figured he'd have outgrown it by now as he has been independently sleeping for months.

Here is the current routine.

Wake
2.5-2.75h A
30 min nap (wake him)
2.5-2.75h A
~1.5h nap
3.5h A
Bedtime

Since the time change it has been:

7:30ish wake
10:15 (in bed, asleep by 10:30) - wake at 11:00
1:30-3:00 nap
6:30 bedtime (asleep by 6:50)
