Well, we're still trying to figure this out. I was in denial for a little bit that I may need to shorten DD's morning nap to 1 hr. Today I tried for it, but I didn't set my alarm correctly (I needed a nap after DD woke 4 times last night). So, for the past couple of days, our day has been looking like this:
6:30/6:45 wake up (would like it to be 7)
9:00 - asleep
10:30 - awake
1:30 - asleep
2:00 - awake
5:00 - supper, bath, books, bf and lullabies
6:00 - bed
6:30 - asleep
I will try for an hour tomorrow and see how that works out. Right now the evenings seem hurried with all of the activities that need to happen, cooking supper and all that. No catnap is a relief, though because she had been very reluctant to take one for a while. Now, all of the night wakings are worrying me. I hope that she is getting enough sleep.
