My LO is ten weeks old and I am trying really hard to do EASY, but basically she wakes herself up after an hour nap almost every time because she poops! Then she can't go back to sleep (and I don't really want her to sleep in a dirty diaper, but I would let her if she went back on her own)...then I have to change her and there is no way to get her back to sleep again....so then she is overtired for the next "cycle" and I hope that she will get a longer nap...but I swear she poops like clockwork an hour in to every nap (except at night time).....
She is breastfed, and I know she is still pretty young, so do I just have to wait this out? Poor girl is so exhausted cause she can't get a nap longer than an hour! Thanks for any advice!
