forgot to add this question to my last post.
when going thru the 4 month growth spurt as well as adding to the bottle during the day do you do a cluster feed.  i was reading this in the 2nd bw book, but didnt know if i should be doing the two.
also is the second cluster feed the same amount of formula that you would be giving throughout the day

What times are you feeding him?  Will he take two feeding close together, say like 4 and 6 pm?? Or does he refuse them at all?
