18 mo routine
« on: May 09, 2007, 18:43:03 pm »
recently I've been wonderign about T's routine and womdering if maybe I need to adjust it a bit. usually he's
up between 6.30 and 7. Naps about 12.30 for anything from 1 hr to over 2 hrs  ::) then bedtime 7.30....how does that sound? if he has a later nap, he tends to sleep longer and I wake him up so he has enough A time before bed and I'm wondering if I should put him down more like 1pm and then have a shorter A time before bed? he's always tired by bedtime as we are out and about A LOT!

sounds similar to our routine. are you worried because he's tired or? how well does he sleep at night?

I think 6 hours is enough to handle. Does he get clumsy at around 11.30ish? Scotty does that...

no not at all! we are usually home by 11.45, he has lunch 12ish then bed when he finished he seems perfectly happy to last till 12.30 and goes down really well so no prob really I was just thinking maybe he could go down for nap 1pm to 3pm then have less A time in the eve as he has a lot of trouble settling at night, seems overtired all the time
