W2S for Toddler
« on: June 05, 2007, 13:17:52 pm »
In the last week or so, my DD (17 mos) seems to have developed a habit of waking up around 1030 at night (she goes down at 7pm).  I know that part of it is that she is overtired (see my earlier post about transition to a big bed and long NW) but I am concerned that there is also a habit forming.  We used wake to sleep a few times with great success when she was younger, but I'm wondering if it's different (or even ok to use) now that she's a toddler.

Any advice or success stories?

Thanks!

Heather

I believe that it's the same - you wake 30 mins before the habitual wake. Totally fine to try with a toddler.
