triple help

I can't believe it's been almost 3 years and my little guy is still (except through maybe  a couple months' worth of nights in his short life) waking up several times a night, sometimes up for hours.  I am tired.  I am discouraged.  I am at a loss as to what to do.

Please, suggestions?  Advice?

Just a couple of q's if you don't mind so we can help you out.

Does he still nap?
Is he in the big boys bed?
When he wakes at night what do you do?
Could you please post your routine.
Does he have a dummy?

Knowing your routine and what you have tried may help us help you!  ANd for what it is worth....you are not alone, my 28 month old doesn't sleep through the night most always either!  Tired and ready for a change too...we're starting with Baby Whispering when we get back from vaction......
