I would just gradually push the am nap back a little over a period, just by 15 mins at a time and perhaps shorten the pm nap to like a catnap, once you get the 1st nap where you need it at say 12pm wake at 2pm then do your usual routine missing out the pm nap altogether, normal wind down etc and put to bed earlier, you may find for a little while that she thinks its a nap and wakes after an hour but just resettle as you would normally if she woke early......
does that make sense
Kathryn ds has been on one nap at nursery from 10 months i am certain that is why we had night wakings again at 10months he was so overtired, he is still a cranky pants now after nursery but i just put him to bed earlier he was in bed for 6.15 tonight and i didnt pick him up till 5.15pm from nursery
so not much quality time in the evenings at the minute but this should improve once he gets a bit older and more able to cope with less sleep in the day,,,, well i hope so
