what to do now?
« on: June 04, 2007, 13:40:12 pm »
Hi all. After having some nap problems with my dd,i finally got her to have 45mins in the morning and 2hrs in the afternoon. She was also sleeping till 6am.Now she is teething and is waking anywhere between 3-5:20am.

Today, she woke at 5:10.So far her routine today is:

5:10 wake (chatting in bed with mum and dad)
6am bottle
7am cereal
8:30 nap (1hr 15mins)
10am bottle
12:15 solids
1:45 nap (1hr 15mins)

She woke from her nap at 2pm so what should i do now.Should i try and get her to have a catnap or just put her to bed earlier?

Could you steal a catnap in the car or a stroller?  My DS could never go from 2pm to bedtime at that age (still has trouble now, LOL)

Hey Tammy :D. I would most definitely do a catnap.... my girls had catnaps until 9months so I think its better to do that than keep her awake until bedtime.
