Nap routine for a 7 month old
« on: June 19, 2007, 16:48:35 pm »

Hi, I new to posting so I hope this is in the right spot. Could someone post a routine for a 7 month old, I'm mostly concerned about naps. In the past few days my DS is refusing to take his catnap. He wakes at about 6:40 and is fed at 7:00. His naps are usually anywhere from 1:15 to 1:30 in duration. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi there and welcome to BW!

Most LOs are ready to give up the catnap around 7 or 7.5 mo so I bet that's what is happening.

that is a link to sample routines for 6 - 12 mo. so take a peek and see what other folks are doing.
