Last nap of the day is the longest
« on: June 26, 2007, 22:28:52 pm »
My lo is 61/2 months and we have been having trouble with naps.(the 45 minute syndrome)  Well today she decides to take a 40 minute, 35 minute and her last nap (cat nap) turned into be the longest of the day at an hour and half.  Any suggestions on how to not make this happen.

We try for a 4 hour EASY but only make it to 3/12 a lot of days.  A typical day looks something like this...
6:30-7am Wake
7:00 BF
Activity
8:30/(am (approx.) nap This has been around 1:15 but lately 40mintes
10:30/11:00 Eat BF
Activty
12:30 nap same as the above nap
2:30 approx. BF
Activity
4ish last cat nap 30-45 minutes
5:45 start bedtime routine
6:30 lights out
