I'm anoyed !!

my 23 month old won't let me out of the bedroom at bedtime and sometimes nap time. It had been going really well for the last 2 weeks. But today I was working on having #2 have a longer nap and it was working so when I went in to put #1 for her nap I really didn't want her to wake her sister up (they share the same room). So I ended up rubbing her back until she fell asleep and now at bed time she wants me to rub her back, I explain to her that I am tired and that I will see her in the morning, but when I start walking out she gets loud and up in her bed, so I go back and try to keep her quit by saying that's enough lay down and use your quiet  voice. Anyway I went out, she was still saying, mommy mommy but she finally stop and didn't wake up her sister.

I need some strategies.

Thank you

If this was only for 1 nap, I wouldn't think she is going to be too dependant on it. Lay her down & leave. Like you said, she might call out for you but unless she is crying, I wouldn't go back in. You'd be surprised.... when Jasmine is down for a nap or bedtime, the 1st 30mins, nothing pretty much wakes her up. She's in deep sleep & Isabella's hopping & screming about won't wake her up (they don't share a room but are opposite each other)
