I'm looking for a recipe for a egg and milk free chocolate cake for my son's first birthday.  Does anyone have a good recipe?

here is an apple swirl cake.  i did something like this for my LO's first.  used whipped cream as the icing (don't know if that will be a problem for your LO) and put food coloring in it to color it.
