Does anyone know to get a stain out of the Avent bottle silicone nipples?  There was a pot in the dishwasher that had spaghetti sauce in it, and even though we rinsed it out, all of the nipples have a pink stain on them.  DH wanted to use bleach to get the stain out, but I don't know if that sounds safe.  I really don't want to buy all new nipples since we hope she'll be off of bottles in the next few months (*fingers crossed*).

Tomato sauce does really really weird things to soft plastics (which kind of gives you an indication just how permeable soft plastics are). It actually fades with time. At her age I would use them and not worry and put them in the sun to 'sun bleach' them. Whenever it's happened to me (with plastic cutlery etc) it's gone in a couple of days.

Yes, that's happened a few times to us - I never worry about it, and it's gone after a few normal washes :)
