Michelle, I didn't do the W2S yet. I keep telling myself she's going to sleep longer than 45 minutes and never does. So, i think I'll try it today! We're working on nights too, so it's crazy over here! We're not totally on a time-based EASY schedule. I feed her when she wakes and watch for the yawn, then upstairs to wind down and nap (when she doesn't put up a fight!). Lately she's been up around 7:30, but this morning it was 6:30.

I was wondering how long your LO's Activity time was?  My son was waking up after 30-45 minutes too.  Then I increased his Activity time from 1 hr to 1.5 hr (over a period of four days).  Now he sleeps 1.5-2 hours.  Just a suggestion because I tried W2S too and it didn't work for me.

when i went on the 4-hour EASY i increased my LO's A time to about 1:35 with another 10 minutes of wind-down time, then into the swaddle and a little rocking so that she fell asleep right at the 2 hour mark. she still wake up around 40 minutes but all i have to do is pop the pacifier back in her mouth or do 1 pu/pd and she's back off for at least another hour, sometimes 1.5 hours. i'm actually going to scale back her A time by 5 or 10 minutes to see if that gets her over the initial sleep hump but i'm pretty happy with how her naps have been lately. going in once to soothe her is a lot easier than it was two weeks ago.
