I would keep waking her up at 6am, nap from 11.30-1pm & bedtime at 6.30 (asleep by 7pm). Put her down for the nap about 15mins earlier so that she has enough wind down time & then falls asleep by 11.30. I wouldn't be cutting her nap too short. She's only just transitoned & most do 1.5-2hrs... so 1.5hrs would be the minimum I would say.

What is her hour like leading up to nap & bedtime? Could it be that she is too stimulated to fall asleep? Does she watch much tv?

Thanks Layla. I don't want to make DD overtired.... I will plan to wake her up at 6:00 in the morning.
We play in our apartment most of the times.... toys, drawing, GOOP, crawling + walking with me, exploring boxes. Then quick snack around 10:30, bath, then nap.
Sometimes we do go out to do some shopping in the morning. But we try to keep mornings calm and relaxing. We haven't let DD watch TV yet.

You can try giving her some physical stimulation - I read somewhere that about 20mins before nap (not right before but in the morning) & 20mins in the afternoon (after nap) is about enough to tire them out. Nothing rigurous but maybe a little running or dancing or crawling around & as you get closer to nap time you can slow things down.

The tv I asked because that can be TOO stimulating & some find they can't settle if they watch tv before nap or bedtime.

I hope you find a happy medium :)
