nipples for Medela bottles??

I've got a question...DS takes FOREVER to eat from the Medela low-flow nipples--DH fed him today and it took 40 min for 2oz
(he can empty a breast in 5-10 min, approx 3-4oz) Do any of you use higher-flow nipples on the Medela bottles? I want to know which ones will work with the bottles we already have (and that connect to the pump I have).
Thanks!

you can use any brand nipples with medela bottles as long as they're standard size (not wide mouth size). gerber, nuks, even dr. brown's nipples fit in the medela bottles so you have quite a variety to choose from.
