When do naps reduce?
« on: August 29, 2007, 03:05:41 am »
I have a 4month old who currently has approx 3 naps per day. On a good day she will have a morning nap lasting 2/3hrs and a lunchtime nap lasting the same time. I also give her a shorter nap in the afternoon lasting approx 1/1.5 hrs before bed. When do babies have two naps in a day? These naps are driving me crazy as its so hard to get to nap without a screaming match????? I just wish she could just fall asleep anywhere but I have one of those babies that you need to control napping otherwise she risks overtiredness. How long does a 6mth old stay awake for approx?

I'm just giving you a link which gives averages for sleep at different ages.
