How do you keep your bub warm in a toddler bed?
« on: September 15, 2007, 16:02:38 pm »
My son WAS an excellent sleeper until introducing the big boy bed. Now he has been waking up in the middle of the night and early in the morning. This happens about every other night and morning. There seems to be no pattern, so I am trying to brainstorm possible causes. Anyway, I was wondering if he is getting cold.

With the big boy bed we got rid of his sleeping bag as we thougt he would get hurt getting in and out of his bed. However, I think he moves so much he is not covering himself up thus, getting cold and waking up. The sleeping bag we have is largest in the brand and it wont be long before he has outgrown it.

So, how do you keep your bub warm when sleeping in their toddler bed?

Well after a little bit of research, I have answered my own question. If anyone is interested HALO makes a toddler sleeping bag with feet! This is perfect. Here is the link.

Thanks, will keep in mind if and when the big change to the bed happens and we run into any trouble.  The reviews are excellent.

That sleep sack looks good.  We used the "blanket sleepers" I think they are called.  Basically the fleece, zip up pajamas with feet.  I would buy then big and even put a light pair of pajamas under also.  And when really cold, a tee shirt, light pair of pajamas and then the blanket sleeper.
