Hi,
My 14 month old has typically been a good sleeper.  Lately, she has refused her bedtime bottle (2 hours after dinner), but then wakes up in the middle of the night for a feed...and she takes a full bottle.  Not digging this new routine!  She's really tiny (3rd percentile) so making an effort to feed her LOTS.  Thinking of doing a dreamfeed tonight.  Does anyone have any other suggestions?  Here's her routine:

7am wake and bottle
8am breakfast
10am 40 min nap
11am bottle
noon lunch
2pm 1.5 hr nap
4pm bottle
5pm dinner
7:30 bottle and bedtime

No issues going to bed, she falls asleep right away.

Thanks for your help!

Looking at her routine & her age, I'd try combining the milk in with the meals & pretty much offer her
7.30 Breakfast with milk
10.30 (or after nap) Snack with drink of water
12.30 Lunch with milk
3.30 snack with drink
6pm Dinner
That routine is pretty much the one I have been doing since my children were about 1yo.
I notice she still has 4 bottles, that is a fair bit of milk for a 14mo & possibly not filling her up.
Bedtime feeds (breast feed) were dropped around here with Dinner moving later & more dairy (cheese/yogurt) introduced in the diet.

I have a friend who's lo struggles with weight gain & she offers lots of cheese & high protien foods like meats & avocados, lentils & mashed chick peas into the diet.

Hi Katet,
That sounds like a pretty good plan.  I guess it is time to switch things up and wind down on the bottles. I would love for her to be able to eat dinner with her dad and I at 6pm, too!  An added bonus.  More snacks, less babas. Will give it a try.

Thanks!
