3YO with many wakings

Please can someone help! I'm new to this board and at the end of my tether. I have a gorgeous 3 years old little girl who thankfully goes to bed like a good girl around 7.30pm. However, from about 2am she has started waking and calling out for me, not crying just wanting me to go and do silly things like tuck her hands in.... give her a cuddle etc etc. Sometimes up to 8 times a night. I think half the problem is she has had excema so I've never been able to ignore her as she would scratch herself to pieces. Now that we have fortunately got that under control I could leave her but she shouts the house down until I go in. To make matters worse, I'm 7 months pregnant with baby number two and absolutely knackered! Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks Lara

Hi Lara,

I split your post from the topic that you originally posted on so that you will get more attention to your question   

I haven't been in your position, but if I were, I think I would talk to her during the day about sleeping at night and not messing around so to speak. Then at night, respond as minimally as possible by not talking back or looking her in the eye or otherwise engaging her.

Hopefully someone else can come around who knows more about what they're talking about though
