Random wake ups
« on: November 11, 2013, 19:28:07 pm »
Hi everyone

I have a lovely 13 minth old dd. we have been in the 2-1 transition since she was 9.5 months. Iam having trouble with WU times. She has always been an early bird and sometime have ew at about 5-5.30am which take ages to get her back to sleep.

We have the problem where WU will be one day 6am the next 7.30am then the next 6.30am???? This goes off the same amount of day sleep and same BT. The only thing that varries is the nap times as if she wakes up at 6am she will have 2x 1hr-1.5hr sleeps and if she wakes up later she has the 1x2-3hr sleep. She has blackout curtains so it's not the light.

Why could her WU times be so random???? Her over night sleep totals between 10.5-11.5/12hrs very rarely
Do we get 12hrs it's normally 10.5-11hrs. 7.30pm BT to 6-6.30am WU with nap at 12-2.30pm or 10-11 & 2.30/3-3.30/4pm.

Please help and see if iam missing something.

Thanks

Hi,

teeth?

I there some reason that her nap times fluctuate? Is there any kind of pattern re: when she naps and WU?

Hena

I think she might be getting her molers but I medicated the past 2 nights. The only reason she swaps from 2/1 nap a day depends on her WU for example if she WU at 6am that's 6hrs A time before a nap. So I brake up the naps into 2.
There doesn't seem to be a pattern as of yet.
