Hi,
I'm in desperate need for ideas of what to feed my lo (10 months old) for her solid meals. Specifically i'm wondering what constitutes a well balances meal at this age?
I make all the food myself and she loves finger foods.
Please help!

There are a couple of really good books by Annabel Karmel called "The Healthy Baby Meal Planner" and "First Meals" that have some great recipes. Since your lo is 10 months though I would probably go for the second book over the first... they're probably at the library so you could photocopy some recipes too...
