I really can follow instructions, but still no ticker....

ok, I read all the other posts on the tickers not working, and spent the past 30 min following the instructions, but no matter what I did, I can't get it to work...can you help me?

ok, that's annoying...now it's there, yet it won't show on my profile page....sigh....
