Hi,
So I'm a little confused....My DS is 7mo now and he can only hold out 2 hours of A time before his first nap of the day and he still has 2 naps and 1 cat nap. Recently he has become really hard to put down for a nap and sometimes I think I put him down too early because he pulls himself up into a standing position and screams to get out.
Should I be trying to increase that first A time or trying to eliminate the cat nap in the afternoon? Or Both?

Normally the catnap is more easily illiminated once they can go 3hrs of A time - otherwise it makes it too long til bed.
can you post your routine and I'll get someone to maybe pop this over to naps for you.

Ok Ruth - I see it now. What I will do is lock this thread, so you don't have two going and getting everyone confused. Claire's mum is giving you great advice, so best to stick to that thread for now.
thanks.!
