Thanks guys for your feedback. I definately believe in 'some' instances Mum's instinctively know more than the medical books!!
I have not tried strawberries again yet and will leave it until either she's bigger or even later when she's on solids (but very carefully is, as Wendy suggested maybe she has a strong reaction if she has 'pure' strawberry). Also I had not eaten whole eggs (only in small amounts as a cooking ingredient) as this also coincided with another outbreak of spots. I tried an omelette the other day, and there were the spots again! Looks like she can't tolerate eggs in large amounts ... luckily for me, small amounts don't affect her, so I can still eat cake!!!! LOL
Again, Sudacrem took out the irritation and they are not red and itchy anymore.
I was wondering what the general opinion is regarding intolerances - do you keep giving little amounts in order to build up her resistance slowly, or would this make the problem get more sensitive and is best to steer clear of any trigger foods.
