crashing every time I open 'my messages'

So in the past week, every time I even click on 'my messages' everything freezes up and crashes my web browser.  Can't get into anything.  Any one else having this problem and how do I fix it?  I use Mozilla Firefox web browser.  I don't notice anything else wrong with my 'puter so it must be just the site and not me.

Try using Internet Explorer to open your messages and delete the mass PM from Andy.  That has helped myself and others.
