It definatly sucks Layla, that's for sure!!

At least you can blame the molars  :-\  I have no idea why Aidan is doing this!!   >:(

Oh BTW - if you have really bad nights with the molars, try Night time Pain Stop!  Very strong stuff!  Hmmm... maybe I should give A a dose of that tonight...........  ;)

He is napping now thank god!  First time in weeks for a nap!

Thanks Melissa! Do you think the baby is waking Aiden up??? Do you put him to bed earlier for the night if he's not napped? I put Isabella to bed at 6pm and she was asleep by 6:10pm and this morning she woke up at 5:50am.... much better. The good thing is that with the nightlight, even though she woke at 5am, she was still in her bed waiting for it to come on. She was loud though and banging her legs on the wall but I didn't bother going to her. I went back to sleep and she woke me up at 6.20am when her light went on.

I am puzzled as to why at 3 she still doesn't have a molar in sight. No bumps, nothing!!!

Hi Layla,

That is a bit puzzling about the molars.   :-\  Maybe she is missing them??  Not everyone gets all the required teeth, and some special people (like me!  ;)) have extra teeth!!  Or maybe they are just REALLY slow.  Was she late teething other teeth??

Baby definately isn't waking Aidan.  Aidan is deaf, so can't hear bubs, plus bubs is sleeping till like 7.30/8am lately!!  I am more worried that Aidan banging on the walls will wake Callum!!

Yesterday he napped from 2 till 4.30pm  :o   :o   :o and went to bed at 7.30pm.  I was worried that he wouldn't be tired enough, but he only kicked around in his bed for 20 or 30 minutes or so.  Then the first we heard him was when DH alarm went off at 6.30am and we realised that Aidan was awake but was being really quiet .  Don't know how long he was awake for, but don't really care cause he was quiet!!!!!

Must have been very OT and the nap yesterday helped him catch up.  Don't know what time to put him to bed tonight - wonder if he will nap again.   ???  Usually its only every 3rd or 4th day that a nap MIGHT happen.

I'd shoot for 6.30-7pm bedtime. Its great that he slept that well for his nap! He must have needed it!

Well,  I've been working on Jacob.  If he doesn't have a nap, he goes to bed at 6.30 and if he does, he goes a little later, but no later than 7.30.  So far, it does seem to be working.  He wakes around 6-6.30am......which I am happy with!!!

Oh, that's great news Rachel!!
I was wondering about you as we hadn't heard for a while!
Hopefully you're feeling more rested and relaxed now too!

Am I right in guessing the new babe is a girl (from your ticker!)?

Well done Rachel!!   :)

Why can't BOTH my kids be on the same page when it comes to wake-ups?!   ::)  Aidan had an hour nap yesterday and went to bed just before 8pm....didn't hear from him till 7.10am!!!!!!!  Yeah!!!!  BUT..... baby woke for a night feed for the first time in weeks last night, then was up for the day at 6am.   >:(  Why is it when one is good, the other wakes early and vice versa.   :-\

What about when the mummy is OT??!!??!!??!!   ;)
