For some reason I am not able to add a new avatar. I can't figure it out. Does anyone have any tips or tricks, this has never happened before.

What are the dimensions and kb size of the avatar you are trying to add?
If you continue to struggle you can email the pic to me, or paste in this thread, and I will attempt to add it for you

Thanks Gareth. I always forget that we take our pictures at the highest resolution and thus the files are huge.
