Fenugreek & Peanut Allergy Warning

hi all
just an FYI as i didnt know this until recently...if you have a peanut allergy, or are prone or have a family history of it, you should avoid fenugreek. i was at this shop that specializes in ALL things BFing, and there was a sign in the pumping room that said as much. anyhow, i was glad to learn this and thought i should pass it on.
