hey d bot...about the 1hour 20 min nap, i would extend the previous A time a touch and see if that helps but if not 1 hour 20 min is really fine.

Thanks, brenda2. I will try that. It's just that his wake up time varies from 7-8am so I usually put him to bed around 11-11:30am  but lately, I have been going by his sleepy signals. Also, it seems like he doesn't last very long before he shows sleepy signs in the PM. He seems to be tired after less than 3hrs of A time in the afternoon after a 1hr 10/15min nap. Sometimes, he'll be sleepy after 2hrs.

sleepy signs do get less reliable as they get older...my LO rubs her eyes constantly!  even after she has just gotten up. ::)

My LO does that too :D Sometimes, when I ignore the eye rubbing, he'll eventually get fussy and then I have to put him to bed straightaway.
